About Lucy
I am a qualified teacher following the completion of my PGDipEd with QTS at the University of Birmingham. I have extensive experience teaching and working in EYFS and KS1. I also have a master's degree in Education specialising in Inclusion and Disability. I am highly competent at adapting my lessons for the needs of every student I work with.

I pride myself on excellent small group or 1 to 1 teaching, and have experience working with a variety of different smaller groups of students. I have great attention to detail, and find building a positive individual relationship with my students is the most effective way to improve on achievement. Using a basis of communication and discussion I help develop my students' skills.
