My lessons are tailored to the needs of my student. For young children starting out on their reading journey, I like to begin with phonics games and letter recognition before moving on to blending and segmenting words. For students who are learning English as an additional language, I like to use a lot of visuals to help their understanding. I always welcome input from parents and learners about what their English goals are so that I can help them to achieve them.
