About Claudia
I am an ex professional ballet dancer so nutrition has been important to me for many years. It's really a topic I'm passionate about and would love to share my knowledge with you in whatever area you need help with. I'm here to make you feel like eating well and having a balanced lifestyle can be simple.

I like to approach nutrition as simply as possible.
Initial lesson is approx 30 mins to understand what my clients want to achieve. After I will create a plan... lifestyle/ food suggestions and follow the progress.
I have a diploma in culinary medicine so I'm really passionate about the science behind food and how it can help us (not just calorie counting).
My lessons are for all ages.
