About Peter
I have been a practicing Naturopath for 15 years in clinics, online and home visits in Sydney, Byron Bay and Hobart, lectured in Nutrition at Island Health College in Hobart, and also set up retreats. I have worked 5 of the 15 years in retail customer service dispensed and offered advice in the 3 areas mentioned above.

The Health and Well-being education lesson can simulate a Naturopathic consultation, containing profiling your medical history, what you are eating, how you are living your life, and stress management through emotive techniques.
In essence it will instruct on some tips on how to transform your current situation by means of nutrition, supplementation and vitamins, and relaxation capabilities. We can customize it for you, for example a lesson which may involve just Nutrition, Guided Meditation or Qi Gong, so it can be ongoing, a toolkit for health success.
