About Claudia
I have taught Spanish as a foreign language to children and adults in groups and in one-to-one lessons since 2011. Before that, I taught ESOL in Spain at the University of Mondragon for an academic year.
As I also completed a BA in Economics and Business Studies, and I have worked in finance for several years, I am especially qualified to teach Spanish for Business.
Although I use as much Spanish as possible in the class, because I think it is a good practice, I can also communicate with the students in French and English which can help to clarify any misunderstanding during the class.
I have prepared students for the GCSEs and A-levels Spanish since 2011, and 90% have achieved a B or A result while 10% has obtained a C.

I adapt the class to the student´s needs and interests, but I would say that in general, I focus on oral communication. Because in my opinion, it is the most important skill in a language. At the same time, it is the most difficult part of achieving.
