Having taught Maths for a year, my approach to tutoring Maths is much like my approach to teaching. I want to create an atmosphere where you feel comfortable learning and attempting new things. I also want to help you achieve the best you possibly can so I will help you set goals tailored to your aspirations and we will work towards them together.
My typical tutoring session is an hour but I am happy to be flexible with that if you prefer either shorter or longer sessions.
I am a fully qualified Maths teacher but I also have experience as a private tutor to KS3 and KS4 level students (age 11-16). I am most experienced with up to GCSE level Maths but would be open to tutoring KS2 level Maths as well.
