About Jason
I am a qualified secondary Mathematics teacher with 34 years of teaching experience and currently teach in Queensland. Over my career, I have taught Mathematics across Years 7–12 and worked with students of all abilities, from those who struggle with confidence to high-achieving senior students. I enjoy helping students reach that point where something that seemed difficult suddenly makes sense. I believe every student can improve in Mathematics when concepts are explained in a way that works for them. I particularly enjoy teaching Mathematical Methods and helping students prepare for the transition into senior Mathematics.

Online lessons
Lessons are conducted online and tailored to the individual needs of each student. Sessions can focus on current schoolwork, upcoming assessment and examinations, revision, or a structured program targeting areas requiring additional support. I explain concepts clearly, work through examples with students, and provide opportunities for them to practice and apply their understanding independently. My aim is to build both mathematical understanding and confidence.
