About Vivienne
My name is Vivienne and I am passionate about moving my body in a way that feels meaningful. Pilates helps to connect full body movements to build on coordination, mind and body connection and to build strength through repeated movements.
I am a teacher by trade, and enjoy teaching others to be the best they can be!
