About Victoria-Louise
I’m a drama and film graduate who started yoga 10 years ago at university. I would like to teach yoga because I love practicing it. I think that yoga has helped me become more successful as a performer because it has taught me to accept where I’m at and make tiny improvements everyday. It grounds me in the moment and allows me to let go of everything that’s going on in this confusing but beautiful world. Therefore, I would love to let go and grow more with you as I guide you through a relaxing yoga class.

I believe that compassion and patience with ourselves is key when it comes to learning any skill. I also think that if we learn to be more patient and kind to ourselves while we’re on the mat, we can use these skills off the mat too. Furthermore, the more we practice basic poses the more prepared we’ll be when we start to practice more advanced poses.
My lessons consist of the following:
A 5 minute meditation
A 10 minute warm up
A 30 minute lesson
A 10 minute cool down
And another 5 minute meditation
