About Pelokazi
Hello, my name is Pelokazi. I am a qualified Foundation Phase teacher and I am currently completing my Honors degree in Inclusive Education. I am passionate about helping young learners build strong English skills and develop confidence in their learning.
I offer English tutoring for learners from Grade R to Grade 4 who need support with reading, writing, spelling, pronunciation, and comprehension. My lessons are designed to be patient, engaging, and supportive so that learners feel comfortable and motivated while learning.
As a teacher, I understand that every child learns differently. I therefore adapt my teaching methods to suit each learner’s needs and learning pace. My goal is to create a positive learning environment where learners can improve their English skills while building confidence in themselves.
I am dedicated to helping learners strengthen their academic foundation and develop a love for reading and language.

My teaching style is learner-centered and supportive. I begin by understanding the learner’s current level and the areas where they need the most support.
Lessons may include guided reading, vocabulary building, spelling practice, comprehension activities, and writing exercises. I also use simple examples, repetition, and interactive activities to help learners understand concepts more easily.
I encourage learners to ask questions and participate actively during lessons so that they feel confident using English. My aim is to make learning enjoyable while helping learners improve their reading, writing, and communication skills.
