Ex army with a degree in adult education. Owned my own gym and fitness company for 10 years where I developed my training skills. Have worked as a lecturer in sport over the years delivering the btec lvl3 personal training qualification.

My approach to teaching is open to the learner. Everyone is different so I believe different methods apply to different learners. Some learners might adapt quicker to a more hands on approach but others more theory. Adapting to what works best for the learner I think works for best results
