Lesson Booking & Cancellation Policy

To ensure fairness and consistency for both student and tutor, the following policy applies to all scheduled lessons:

24-Hour Notice Required: If you need to cancel or reschedule a lesson, please notify me at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time. No fee will be charged, and we can reschedule for a convenient time.

Late Cancellations: Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will be charged at 50% of the normal hourly lesson fee.

No-Shows & Last-Minute Adjustments: If a student misses a lesson without prior notice, or cancels within 2 hours of the start time, the full lesson fee (100%) will be charged.

Tutor Cancellations: In the rare event that I need to cancel or move a lesson, I will give you as much notice as possible and offer an immediate reschedule or full refund for that session.

Late Arrivals: Lessons will finish at the originally scheduled time. Time lost due to late arrival by the student cannot be made up at the end of the session.
