I am an Electrical Engineer with MBA degree from Imperial College London and with more than fourteen years of experience in managing bids, projects, transactions and assets in power sector in different geographies of Europe and the Middle East. I have experience of working with students from different cultural backgrounds.

I plan the learning process having a complete landscape or roadmap highlighting where we spend most of our energy to learn important and critical concepts. I simplify the concepts at the students competence level as every student has his own unique capability to learn. I engage the students in practicing and encourage them to make mistakes as skills that are learnt from our own mistakes are long lasting, though its not always a good idea to learn by making mistake. Most importantly I develop their interest and motivation in the learning experience.
