My Teaching Approach
I believe in a student-centered, interactive teaching style that blends clear explanations, problem-solving practice, and real-world examples. Whether we’re exploring probability in statistics or algebra in mathematics, I start by breaking down each concept into digestible steps. I then guide students through hands-on exercises, so they develop both confidence and a deeper understanding of the material. I encourage questions and promote a supportive environment where students feel comfortable voicing difficulties or uncertainties.
Typical Lesson Format
A standard lesson usually lasts about 60 minutes. We begin with a brief recap of the previous lesson’s key points or homework questions. Next, we introduce new concepts or techniques, work through examples together, and wrap up with a short review or an outline of take-home practice tasks.
Qualifications & Experience
I’m currently completed my Master’s in Data Analytics, which heavily involves advanced mathematics and statistics. My academic background and tutoring experience—working with secondary and college-level students—enable me to tailor my lessons to different learning paces and goals.
