About Niamh
Hello! My name is Niamh and I am a soon-to-be graduate from MA Spanish at the University of Edinburgh, where I received a First with distinction for my spoken Spanish. I have been accepted to attend Oxford University to obtain my teaching qualification for secondary students in Spanish and Mandarin.

I have been tutoring for the past six years working with children and adults in an array of subjects and this past year, I opened my own company which offers: Spanish, French, German, Maths, English literature and English language. I always begin by assessing the student’s needs which allows me to tailor my materials and style of teaching to each individual student. I aim to make every lesson engaging and effective while moving at the pace of the learner. Having studied Spanish literature, film and language, I have developed an expansive knowledge of the subject and I am able to communicate this to students of all ages and levels. I have consistently attained very high marks in my Spanish studies, recently attaining the class medal for the highest mark in a Spanish Golden Age Literature course.
