About Rehana
I have loved maths since I was 4 years old because i had amazing maths teachers who made the subject feel easy for me. I now like making maths easy and doable for my students. My lessons can include examples, demonstrations, questions both verbal and written,assessments and feedback. Students are made aware of the lesson plan and are involved in the planning process if they want to change things or focus on something in particular on occasion. I encourage questions from my students and end most lessons with some homework to help students reflect on the lesson. I have worked with students of all abilities, from year 7 to year 11, first as a teaching assistant and then as a qualified maths teacher for over 10 years. I have also tutored students successfully during that time.
