About Elina
In 2014, I made the courageous decision to leave behind a successful corporate career to teach yoga and mindfulness because, deep down, I knew I wasn’t living the life I was meant for. At the time, I was navigating the emotional weight of a divorce, and when I was made redundant, I realized this was my moment to pause and reimagine how I truly wanted to live.
Through mindfulness, kindness, and self-compassion, I’ve been able to overcome the inner struggle of feeling "not enough," and this journey has transformed my life.
I now feel deeply called to help other women design lives they truly desire, especially when they’re facing life’s major transitions.
When I began coaching in 2019, it became clear that this work—empowering women to find their strength and clarity—was not only my passion, but my purpose. This is the work I was meant to do.

I provide clients with a safe and empowering space to feel heard and seen. I coach using powerful and transformational practises like mindfulness to cultivate self awareness & presence; and NLP to rewire and create a growth mindset.
The results you can expect include going from second guessing yourself to gaining clarity and confidence to make decisions, to feeling empowered to set boundaries and take aligned actions.
Sessions are usually 45-60mins.
