About Ruishi
I am a UK-qualified Maths teacher (PGCE) with experience teaching GCSE Foundation and KS3 Maths in British secondary schools. I specialise in helping students who struggle with confidence, have gaps in core skills, or feel that “Maths is difficult”. My teaching style is clear, patient and structured. I break topics down into small, understandable steps and focus on building strong fundamentals. I help students improve arithmetic, algebra basics, problem-solving, and exam techniques—especially the skills needed to secure a Grade 4–5. I have worked with students of all abilities, including those who need extra support or a confidence boost. Many of my learners go from “not understanding anything” to feeling comfortable and capable in Maths within just a few lessons.
