I am a qualified personal trainer with a background in group training, aslo available for individual lessons. Into sports such as soccer and basketball. Have worked with clubs such as former Melbourne tigers Big V team and Green gully Soccer/Football club.

Usually start off with a warm up, and depending on intensity levels and abilities will move into session. Usually 30-45 minute sessions on offer. I can train up to an hour if that's what is required. I cover fundamentals for beginners and more advanced I will cover rehabilitation techniques also.
