About Leonardo
I did my first BSc in Sports and Science in Brazil, time that I had the opportunity to study Yoga and Qigong, also I did part of BSc in Physiotherapy.
Since 2007 I also teach online lessons in Portuguese and English, Somatic Pilates and Qigong Taichi.
All the lessons are designed to help you to improve body awareness movement and posture.

During the lessons, the student will experience different forms of QiGong and some taichi drills for health, (8 pieces of brocade, Lian Gong 1, 2 and 3, Shibashi 1,2 and 3 plus health qigong)
The student will also have contact with some elements of Somatic Movement, Ido Portal and (Bio Ginastica and Ginastica Natural both methods of animal movement)
