About Mary
With 12 years of teaching experience, I specialise in helping college students develop their singing skills through personalised and engaging lessons. I believe that singing is both a technical skill and a powerful form of self-expression, and I design my lessons to support both aspects equally.
My lessons include vocal warm-ups, breathing exercises, pitch training, tone development, and song practice, along with performance preparation and stage confidence building. I use modern tools such as recording sessions, playback analysis, and interactive exercises to help students clearly understand their progress and make improvements.
I also introduce a variety of music styles to keep lessons interesting and help students grow as versatile performers.

My teaching methodology for Singing is based on motivation, communication, creativity, and effective time management. I believe every student can improve their voice with the right guidance and regular practice. I create a positive and comfortable environment where students feel confident to express themselves.
I focus on building strong fundamentals such as breathing techniques, pitch accuracy, tone quality, and voice control, and I explain each concept in a simple and clear way. I encourage open communication so students can ask questions and learn better. I include creative activities like vocal exercises, singing different styles, and expression practice to make lessons engaging.
Each class is well-structured with time for warm-ups, learning, and feedback. I track progress regularly and provide step-by-step guidance. Apart from Singing, I also teach music theory, rhythm, ear training, and performance skills.
