Salome worked really fast on my manuscript, which I loved because it didn't impact on my own pace. She gives good comments on the technical aspects of your manuscript, like the plot and character development, POV's, etc., but still encourage you to find your own voice. What I appreciated the most was her grammatical knowledge - she is really a stickler on accuracy and it shows in her feedback.
