I am a three time elected official at the County level in Education, and can share a balanced, fair summary of US history and how it has shaped our world today from the Founding Fathers, the Revolution, the influence of Slavery, the Civil War, Reconstruction, The Great War, the Depression, World War 2 and the Cold War.

My teaching method is to first understand what a student's understanding of a subject is, and then to go through what the general perceptions of the subject are. I then identify who are/were the stakeholders in how the history is told, and then go through the facts and how they influence outcomes that we see today.
