About Timothy
Hi, I’m Timothy Quick – an award-winning UK psychotherapist at Apex Therapy & Coaching, where I focus on mental health and addictive behaviors. For nearly 10 years, I’ve been sharing this real-world clinical insight as a psychology tutor, helping students turn complex ideas into confident understanding. My academic journey has given me a breadth of knowledge to draw from: I completed my undergraduate degree in Counseling Psychology at university, followed by postgraduate studies at three different institutions – each deepening my expertise in clinical practice, research, and teaching. I blend over a decade of therapy room experience with a decade of tutoring know-how to support you with exams, essays, case studies, and connecting theory to real life.
