About Pooja
I am a national level boxer with four years of structured training at the Sports Authority of India. I have competed at the national level, won a silver medal at the Northern Zone, and represented Banaras Hindu University at the All India University Games. Boxing has taught me discipline, mental strength, and self-confidence, and I want to share these skills with others. My goal is to help students build fitness, confidence, and proper boxing fundamentals in a safe and motivating environment.

This boxing class is designed for beginners and fitness-focused learners who want to build strength, discipline, and confidence. I am a national level boxer with four years of training as a trainee at the Sports Authority of India. My sessions focus on correct boxing techniques, fitness, footwork, and mental strength in a safe and motivating environment.
