About Allison
I have been giving lessons for 6 years to clients with different type of mental health issues. Expert in behavioral therapy for children in the Autism Spectrum. As well as helped adults with severe mental health issues redirecting and guiding them when having maladaptive behaviours.

My mindfulness meditation sessions have helped reduce anxiety, stress, anger on patients who struggle with mental health issues, or anger/ stress management. My approach is using breathing techniques to help regulate the breath.I also incorporate mantras based on individual needs.
