About Shreya
I’m Shreya, a psychology student and certified yoga instructor who has been practicing yoga for as long as I can remember. Yoga has always been my way of finding balance, clarity, and emotional grounding, and studying psychology has deepened my understanding of how mind and body work together.
I teach because I genuinely care about people and want to help them feel calmer, stronger, and more connected to themselves. My natural qualities — kindness, patience, empathy, compassion, and being a good listener — shape every session I offer. They allow me to understand each student’s needs and create a gentle, supportive space where you can learn at your own pace.

I’m Shreya, a certified yoga instructor and psychology student offering personalized one‑to‑one sessions designed to support both physical and mental wellbeing. My teaching approach blends traditional yoga practices with mindful movement, breathwork, and an understanding of stress and emotional balance. Each session is tailored to your goals, whether you’re looking to build flexibility, improve posture, reduce stress, or begin your yoga journey with confidence.
Lessons typically run 45–60 minutes and include warm‑ups, guided postures, breathwork, and a calming relaxation to close. I work with teens and adults of all levels, especially beginners who appreciate patient, supportive guidance. My aim is to create a safe, encouraging space where you can grow at your own pace and feel more grounded in everyday life.
