About Sonja
I am passionate about helping others grow. I have an honors degree in Psychology. In my career of 20 plus years I have worked in relationship building positions in various industries. I am currently part of an organization that coaches people to help them stop smoking. Cognitive neuroscience was part of my honors studies; this is how I help people to change old behaviors, by rewiring the brain.
