My approach is student-teacher centred. I design my lectures according to student's needs. Methodology include videos, books, case study examples, discussion with students in person and in groups, experiential activities and I provide counseling to those who needs assistance in personal issues as well. My approach focuses on over all development of the student. I believe all students are equal and therefore I treat them equally. Student's needs differ so lessons should be planned according to their needs only. Also, learning in psychology is more about gaining knowledge by doing so practical experience is required by students along with theoretical concepts.
