My way of teaching is based on the objectives, aspects or personal situations that you wish to work, contributing with techniques from Positive Psychology, Clinical Psychology, Mindfulness, Meditation and emotional accompaniment. I recommend the use of a personal diary to reflect the thoughts and emotions that need to be expressed.
