About Rachel
I am currently a psychiatry resident and have spent years learning how to manage challenging coursework, high-pressure exams, and demanding clinical training. My background has taught me how to break complex topics into simple, understandable steps. I enjoy working with students who feel overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure where to start, and helping them build a clear plan forward. My teaching style is calm, encouraging, and practical, with a focus on understanding rather than memorizing.
