About Nicolette

I am a registered nurse practitioner, specializing in psychiatry. With 25 years experience. I am also a mother of 2 special needs children both in their teens now and coping magnificently in mainstream society due to our commitment to positive living and using your subconscious to enhance your life.

About the lesson

Positive thinking, positive affirmations and visualization techniques are strange concepts to many people, so I start with one or two basic affirmations and build up from there. I also encourage daily repitition so that positive thinking becomes a habit and later on a life style.
