I have a Meal Prep business and have taught for 6+ years. I enjoy trying new foods and introducing others to new foods and experiences. I am a college graduate and have worked in both a fine dining establishment and a high volume restaurant.

Learn how to create a menu for your specific diet/dietary restrictions, and how to adapt recipes to fit your needs and basic knife skill and kitchen safety. Every lesson begins with going over the recipe making sure you have all the ingredients and supplies you need. Then we will mise en place (prepare ingredients) then begin cooking your dish. We will then learn to plate your dish. To conclude class we will discuss storing leftovers and how long the dish is safe in the refrigerator or freezer.
