About Jiya
My name is Jayamani Tiwari, a passionate yoga trainer and graduate of the prestigious Morarji Desai National Institute of Yoga. With over 3 years of experience in both online and offline teaching, I have guided students toward better health, inner peace, and mindful living. Yoga has transformed my own life, and I wish to share this journey with others by making each session a blend of traditional wisdom and modern practice. My goal is to help every student achieve strength, flexibility, and harmony in body, mind, and soul.
