About Shane
I am a professional and qualified Strength and Conditioning coach. I have worked with abled, disabled, general public as well as some of the worlds leading professional athletes. Since beginning my career I have undertaken mentorship roles seeing interns and other professionals flourish under my guidance. I love to practice what I preach, so these teachings are very important to me !

How much of it do we really use within the profession ? Let me teach you what really works and the information that is needed.
