About Navya
My interest in programming began when I discovered how simple logic can create useful software and applications. This inspired me to pursue a PhD in Computer Science, where I developed deep knowledge of coding and system design. Over the past 11 years, I have helped students learn programming through clear explanations and structured lessons that build confidence and strong understanding.
My teaching style focuses on clarity, patience, and practical learning. I simplify complex coding ideas into easy steps and use relatable examples to make learning easier. I encourage students to ask questions and practise regularly, which helps them build confidence and improve their understanding over time. I aim to create a supportive and comfortable learning environment.
I continue to explore new technologies and improve my teaching methods regularly. Watching students grow from beginners to confident programmers is very rewarding. Many learners who initially struggle begin to write code independently and understand concepts clearly. Helping them achieve this progress motivates me to continue teaching with dedication and care.

Programming becomes easier when students understand how logical steps create working solutions instead of memorising code without meaning. In my lessons, I focus on core topics such as variables, loops, conditions, functions, and data structures using simple and clear explanations. I break down each concept into smaller steps so students can follow comfortably and understand how programmes are built. I also use real-life examples such as small applications and everyday problem solving to make learning meaningful and engaging. This helps students connect with coding in a natural way.
Lessons are designed based on the student’s level and learning pace. Beginners focus on basic syntax and simple programmes to build confidence. Intermediate learners work on structured coding, debugging, and improving logic. Advanced students focus on algorithms, project development, and exam or interview preparation. I include hands-on practice in every lesson so students can apply what they learn immediately. Regular feedback helps them correct mistakes and improve steadily.
As students continue learning, they begin to see programming as a logical and creative skill instead of something difficult. Many learners gain confidence as they build their own programmes and solve problems independently. This growth supports academic success and future career opportunities. My goal is to make programming simple, engaging, and practical while helping students build strong confidence and long-term coding skills.
