About Reva
My journey in programming began with a deep curiosity about how software systems are created and how code controls applications. This led me to pursue a PhD in Computer Science, where I developed advanced knowledge of programming, algorithms, and system design. Over the past 12 years, I have helped students from different backgrounds build strong coding skills through clear explanations and practical learning methods that focus on understanding and application.
My teaching approach focuses on clarity, patience, and hands-on learning. I believe students learn best when they actively write code and understand each step of the process. I simplify complex ideas into smaller parts and use real-life examples to make learning easier. I also encourage students to ask questions and explore different solutions, which helps them build confidence and independence.
I continue to stay updated with new technologies and improve my teaching methods. Watching students grow from beginners to confident programmers is very rewarding. Many learners who once struggled begin to write code comfortably and solve problems independently. Helping them achieve this transformation motivates me to continue teaching with dedication and passion.

Programming becomes much easier when students understand the logic behind code instead of memorising syntax without clarity. In my lessons, I focus on core topics such as variables, loops, conditionals, functions, and basic algorithms using simple and structured explanations. I break down each concept into smaller steps so students can understand how programmes are built from simple instructions. I also use practical examples and small projects to show how programming solves real-world problems, which helps students stay engaged and motivated throughout the learning process.
Lessons are carefully planned based on the student’s level and learning goals. Beginners start with basic coding concepts and simple exercises to build confidence. Intermediate learners focus on structured programming, debugging, and improving code organisation. Advanced students work on algorithms, data structures, and project-based learning that prepares them for real-world applications. I include regular coding practice and guide students step by step so they can improve their skills steadily. Clear feedback helps them correct mistakes and understand their progress.
As students progress, they begin to see programming as a creative and logical skill rather than something difficult. Many learners gain confidence as they build their own programmes and solve problems independently. This growth helps them develop analytical thinking, patience, and strong problem-solving ability. My goal is to make programming simple, practical, and enjoyable while helping students build strong confidence and long-term skills.
