About Leah
My interest in programming began with curiosity about how logic and structure can create functional digital systems. This curiosity led me to complete a B.Sc in Software Engineering, where I gained expertise in programming, system design, and logical problem-solving. Over the past 9 years, I have guided learners through complex concepts by providing patient, step-by-step instruction that fosters both understanding and confidence. I prioritize teaching with clarity, patience, and adaptability. I tailor explanations to each learner’s pace, using visual examples, pseudocode, and relatable scenarios. I encourage experimentation and emphasize that mistakes are an essential part of learning, helping learners develop resilience and confidence. Outside teaching, I continue exploring programming through ongoing projects, new technologies, and professional development. Teaching programming is rewarding because I witness students transition from hesitation to competence. Supporting learners as they gain confidence in their logical thinking and technical skills is the most fulfilling part of my work.
