About Journey
I developed a passion for programming through exploring problem-solving and logic puzzles, which eventually led me to pursue a Master’s in Software Engineering. Over 9 years, I have taught learners from diverse backgrounds, helping them develop a deep understanding of coding principles and practical software development skills. I focus on structured, step-by-step guidance, balancing technical accuracy with creativity to make lessons engaging and effective.
My approach prioritises patience, clear explanations, and interactive learning. I encourage students to ask questions, experiment with code, and develop problem-solving habits that strengthen both competence and confidence. Each lesson is tailored to match individual learning styles and goals, ensuring that students progress steadily and meaningfully.
Outside the classroom, I explore emerging programming technologies, frameworks, and real-world projects to enrich my lessons with contemporary relevance. Witnessing learners gain confidence, solve challenging problems, and create functional applications is deeply fulfilling. My goal is to empower students with technical skills, logical reasoning, and creative confidence to pursue programming successfully and independently.

Programming can be enjoyable when learners understand the logic and creativity behind coding. My lessons focus on Python, Java, algorithms, web development, and problem-solving skills. I emphasise structured learning with hands-on exercises, mini-projects, and clear explanations that gradually increase in complexity. Each session encourages students to experiment, make mistakes safely, and develop resilience and logical thinking while building practical coding skills.
Lessons are designed for all skill levels. Beginners learn the fundamentals: variables, loops, conditionals, and simple programs. Intermediate learners tackle object-oriented programming, modular code, debugging, and small-scale applications. Advanced students work on algorithms, optimisation, API integration, and comprehensive project planning. Every class incorporates interactive guidance, feedback, and practical challenges, ensuring learners gain confidence and experience in solving real-world problems.
Programming develops analytical reasoning, logical thinking, and creative problem-solving. I aim to create an encouraging environment where learners feel empowered to explore concepts independently, try solutions, and innovate.
