About Hunter
My passion for programming started from curiosity about building functional solutions from logical steps. This led me to pursue a B.Sc in Software Engineering and an M.Sc in Computer Science, where I explored both theoretical principles and practical applications. Over 9 years of teaching, I have helped learners of all levels—from beginners writing their first programs to advanced students creating complete software systems. My focus is on developing both understanding and confidence, enabling students to think critically and solve problems independently.
I teach with clarity, structure, and engagement, combining step-by-step explanations, coding exercises, and practical projects. I encourage students to ask questions, experiment with code, and explore alternative solutions. Lessons aim to foster both competence and curiosity, helping learners grow into independent programmers who enjoy solving problems creatively and efficiently.
Beyond teaching, I stay active with emerging programming languages, software tools, and technological innovations. Bringing real-world relevance into lessons allows students to see how concepts apply beyond the classroom. Witnessing learners progress from uncertainty to confidence, developing skills, creativity, and independence, is deeply rewarding. My mission is to cultivate students who are capable, confident, and curious programmers ready to excel academically and professionally.
