About Mila
I hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science and have over nine years of experience in both professional programming and education. My passion for technology began at an early age and has grown into a lifelong commitment to learning and teaching. I find great fulfilment in helping students unlock the world of programming and discover their potential within it. I believe in personalised learning and recognise that every student learns differently. I adjust my teaching style to meet each individual’s needs, providing encouragement, clarity, and steady guidance. My greatest goal is to help students believe in their own abilities and gain confidence in their skills. Outside the classroom, I continuously work on new coding projects, explore emerging technologies, and expand my knowledge. Programming is more than a career — it is the language through which I create and inspire others to do the same.

Computer programming is where logic meets creativity to produce functional and meaningful solutions. In my lessons, I focus on helping students understand how to think like a programmer rather than simply memorise syntax. I create a calm and engaging learning environment in which students feel comfortable experimenting with code and asking questions. Each lesson is structured to help learners progress from confusion to clarity, building confidence one step at a time. I emphasise that every error is simply a guide pointing toward a better solution, which encourages persistence and resilience. Students begin by learning basic structures such as variables, conditional statements, loops, and functions. As their skills strengthen, they move into object-oriented principles, data structures, and efficient problem-solving strategies. Advanced students work with real-world projects, developing applications, handling databases, and optimising performance. With continuous practice and guided challenges, learners develop the ability to analyse problems and create structured, effective solutions. By the end of their journey, students not only understand how to write code, but also how to think critically, adapt to new technologies, and innovate in a constantly evolving digital world.
