About Marcelo
- 6 years experience as a teacher. "Since I taught at various colleges, I have taught a very large audience of students. - I was able to reward several students in the Brazilian Mathematical Olympiad and the Brazilian Computer Science Olympiad. Working with preparatory students, I collected several approval results in military and vestibular competitions, especially the Naval College.

Bachelor in Applied Mathematics from UFRJ, Bachelor and Master in Mathematics Teaching (UFRJ). The classes are designed for students of Elementary School, High School, students focused on preparation for military or college entrance exams and students of Higher Education interested in improving their income and expanding their knowledge in mathematics. The work methodology may vary according to the student's goal. Depending on the focus of each, the emphasis may be on lists of exercises and problems to objectively work the content or a more elaborate conceptual class, making use of diverse materials and resources, such as dynamic geometry software, concrete materials - such as TANGRAM and folds - for teaching geometry, algebra, drawing and even infinitesimal calculus and linear algebra. For those interested in continuous follow-up - recommended for those who really want to learn mathematics and not simply decorate content - the proposal is to present school and university mathematics in a broad way, historically contextualized not only for objective results (notes) but also relation to discipline. This includes discussing concepts in more depth, learning to think mathematically, respecting the individual learning time that institutions in general can not do on very large classes.
