About Core
I am Dr.smrati awasthi tripathi from India.Due to inclination towards teaching after completing my masters in Mathematics in 1998 I chose to do bachelor of education in June,1999 and started my career in July ,1999 from U.P.technical university,U.P.,India and continued till 2005.During this period I got many awards for best teacher and were involved in various other academic activities.After getting married in 2005 I joined an AMC engineering college in Bengaluru affiliated to visvesvaraya technical university ,karnataka,India.During this period I was also appointed as an evaluator, reviewer and wrote end semester question papers several times for the university .Because of relocation I started a new job in Hitech institute of engineering and technology,ghaziabad,U.P.India as an associate professor in 2016 and continuing till now.

Teachers are facilitators making things happen in the class room and outside.The greatest compliment is when a student (whom you may have taught long ago) approches you and tells us something like "you really helped me learn..........".
Since I am for a long time in this noble profession i got this opportunity many times.For that I also assume that whenever i am going to teach a class ...........I am learning also.
I am trying consistently ..................how to represent,interpret,summarize and rethink about the whole concept I wish to teach or rather inspire my students in a specific period of time assigned to me.
I believe that I should teach my students how to learn..............not simply what to learn.
