I have been managing projects for 3 years. I currently teach courses to master's students and professionals based in the United States. I trained about 50 students by either by giving them lessons on a specific topic, or by advising them on a specific need of their project.

I help people with social projects to expand their activities and improve their fundraising results. My method is to give them the tools they need to start, monitor, evaluate their project and raise funds.
I propose 3 teaching themes:
- Financial analysis: balance sheet, profit and loss account, intermediate management balances, internal financing capacity, analysis of final ratios to assess credit and illiquidity risks.
- Project management: Design Thinking, drafting a proposal, monitoring and evaluation of a project.
- Funding strategy: internal and external analysis of the organization, implementation of a financing strategy, setting up activities, evaluation of the results.
