My name is Vikas, and I have been practicing yoga for the last 12 years with 10 years of teaching experience. I run Shambhu Yoga Studio and specialize in advanced yoga asanas, Ashtanga Yoga, Hatha Yoga, prenatal yoga, meditation, flexibility training, and breathwork.
