About Kelly
I am a professional violinist, mental health counselor, and special education paraeducator with experience working with children, adolescents and adults using a variety of theoretical perspectives. I have a specialization in play therapy with young children.
My musical education began when I was a section violinist with the Southern Methodist University Conservatory Orchestra from 1987-1993.

My teaching method is based on a child-centered approach. I collaborate with my students to determine their goals and needs so that we may develop a plan to meet those goals and needs. I have a gentle and collaborative approach that works to develop confidence and skill.
