About Esther
I am a professional violinist with years of experience performing as a soloist, orchestral musician, and chamber musician with the Brompton String Quartet. My career has taken me to major concert venues across the UK and Korea, allowing me to share the stage with exceptional musicians and perform a wide range of repertoire. Through these experiences, I’ve come to realise that my greatest passion lies in passing on what I’ve learned to the next generation of musicians. I’ve been fortunate to study under inspiring teachers who encouraged me to think independently, push past my limits, and truly connect with music—and it’s this mindset I aim to share with my students. Whether you're just beginning or looking to refine your playing, I’m committed to helping you grow with creativity, confidence, and curiosity.

As a classically trained violinist with education from the prestigious Yehudi Menuhin School and the Royal College of Music, I bring a wealth of experience and a deep commitment to nurturing each student’s individual potential. My teaching focuses on developing a solid technical foundation, a keen and sensitive ear, and—most importantly—encouraging students to think independently and musically. I aim to inspire confidence, creativity, and discipline in every lesson, and I teach with patience, dedication, and a genuine love for the violin.
