About Jacob
I have been a professional musician for 10 years, playing in arenas all over the U.S. and Canada, and have recorded guitar and bass on over 400 songs. I've been giving private lessons for over 2 years, and I love it. I love relaying the knowledge I have gleaned over the years to anyone willing to listen. I have had students go on to become professional musicians themselves and others who are having more fun with guitar than ever. I hope to do the same for you, whatever your goals may be.

A lot of guitarists waste time practicing in a way that can be defeating and get you nowhere. I start by teaching how to practice in a way that produces strong results while remaining fun and sustainable for my students.
From there, depending on the students needs and desires, I teach guitar basics, music theory, audiation (ear training), advanced guitar techniques, music industry tips, song writing and producing.
Whether you want to become a professional or just have fun, anyone at any skill level is welcome.
