About Orla
I am a passionate Singing tutor with over 12 years of experience helping School students, College students, and Working Professionals develop their vocal skills and musical confidence. Teaching music is more than a profession for me—it is an opportunity to help students discover their talents and express themselves through singing.
My teaching approach is centred on personalised learning. Every student has different strengths, goals, and learning styles, so I create customised lesson plans that support individual growth. I focus on building strong vocal foundations while making lessons enjoyable, interactive, and motivating.
My classes include vocal warm-ups, breathing exercises, pitch training, rhythm development, tone improvement, articulation, and performance preparation. I use practical exercises, song-based activities, and regular feedback sessions to help students improve steadily. I also teach healthy vocal techniques that help students protect and strengthen their voices over time.
In addition to Singing, I teach Music Theory, Ear Training, Vocal Coaching, and Performance Skills. These subjects help students gain a complete understanding of music and improve their overall musicianship. I encourage creativity, discipline, and consistent practice in every lesson.
My goal is to create a supportive environment where students feel comfortable learning, experimenting, and growing. I am committed to helping every learner gain confidence, achieve their goals, and develop a lifelong appreciation for music.

My methodology for teaching Singing focuses on helping students achieve continuous growth through flexibility, creativity, understanding, and effective time management. I believe that every student can improve when lessons are personalised, engaging, and goal-oriented.
I begin by assessing each student's strengths, challenges, and musical interests. Based on this understanding, I create customised lessons that encourage steady progress and long-term success.
Creativity is incorporated into every lesson through song interpretation, vocal exercises, listening practice, and performance activities. These methods help students stay motivated while developing important singing skills.
My lessons focus on breathing techniques, pitch accuracy, rhythm, articulation, vocal tone, expression, and stage confidence. Students learn practical methods that improve both technical ability and artistic performance.
Understanding and patience help me create a positive learning atmosphere where students feel valued and encouraged. I support students in overcoming challenges while celebrating their achievements.
Time management ensures that every lesson has clear objectives and productive activities. Sessions include warm-ups, skill development, song practice, and performance preparation.
Besides Singing, I can teach Music Theory, Ear Training, Vocal Wellness, Sight Singing, and Music Fundamentals. My goal is to help students become well-rounded and confident musicians.
