About Lewis
My name is Lewis and I have been playing poker for quite a while now however I went fully pro just this year. Before this year I was working as a poker dealer (Funny coincidence) which really helped as I got to watch people play every day, and in my spare time I was studying and learning the game. After a lot of good results and a constant improvement I decided to go professional this year which has been a massive success as I have managed to collect 3 trophies already this year. I am quickly becoming an established name in the UK scene and next year I will be broadening my horizon and playing in top European events rather than just UK. I also used to be a maths tutor and so coaching and teaching has always been a passion of mine, and that is one of the key things about me becoming a poker coach now.

I have multiple different drills and scenarios created before a lesson and I will go over these with you in lesson. If there are specific spots that you are good at then I will quickly move on to the weaker areas of your game in order to maximise the value of the lesson. After our lesson I will send you a summary of how I think your game is evolving and the areas that still need improvement, with training drills and tips on how to improve on those areas before our next lesson. The more eager the student the more homework I can give! These lessons are for anyone however a brief knowledge of poker is best as this course is generally for improving poker skills rather than learning poker.

Lewis taught me from novice level where I didn’t understand hand rankings. Since then I have learned so much about positions, ranges and bet sizing to maximise my hands potential. Lewis is a great guy as well which makes learning all that more fun. Still have a lot to learn but know I’m in good hands with Lewis.
He is one of the best teachers I’ve ever been around! He excels in explaining and really being hands on in terms of teaching. If you have a question, he is very thorough in terms of explanation and helping you view the question from a different perspective to help you find the answer!!
